We’re excited to announce that the Corn & Clover Carnival craft show will be held July 13, 2024, from 9 am – 6 pm. We’ve now made it easier for you to pay online with a small credit card fee applied to transactions. To bypass these fees, print the application and mail in your payment. Corn & Clover Non-Food Vendor Booth (10X10)

Applications are reviewed on a first-come - first-serve basis. MN Operator Certificate of Compliance (ST-19) is required with the application. Sales Tax: The vendor is responsible for collecting and paying their own sales tax if applicable. The booth size is 10’ X 10’. This is an outdoor event. The vendor is responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and tent/protection from the elements. The vendor is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage (storms, vandalism, etc.) if left unattended during the event, No electricity will be provided. Set up by 9 am. The booth must remain open until 6 pm, but you may choose to remain open longer. Return forms by May 1, 2024

 

VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS:

After paying for your booth space online, please fill out the application form, download it, and email it to carnival.hinckleychamber@gmail.com. We will work to update the available spaces as frequently as possible. You can also mail your completed applications to Hinckley Area Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 189, Hinckley, MN 55037.

1) You will need to complete an ST-19 form.

2) Download and fill out the Corn & Clover Carnival Non-Food Vendor application form.
